Water Bus Live Location Map & GPS Hardware Solution
We developed a real-time GPS location service that provides up-to-date information on water bus stations and the current locations of each water bus traveling along the Assiniboine and Red Rivers in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This service enables users to plan their trips more efficiently by offering visibility into the location and direction of each bus. With this information, users can estimate the arrival times of the next bus, reducing uncertainty and allowing for better trip planning.
Developed by the Canadian non-profit Green Action Centre, CounterPoint is designed to simplify traffic counting while ensuring consistent data collection everywhere. Every count you contribute provides crucial insights into not only vehicle traffic but also key indicators like bike, pedestrian, and other types of movement. Users can organize this data to advocate for safer bike lanes, monitor school zone safety, build stronger cases for new crosswalks, and support better infrastructure planning for all road users.

The Bicycle Transportation Map was created to provide the quickest solutions when issues arise while cycling. Covering all of Turkey, the map's technical infrastructure is developed by BUP, with data contributed by BUP followers. The map includes bike lanes, bike-friendly businesses, bike rental stations, hazardous manholes, bike parking areas, bike repair shops, and smart bike stations operated by municipalities across Turkey. The app can also display the nearest bike repair shop location and provide contact details.
